14-day return window

You can return items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging.

How to return an item

1. Contact us through the contact page with your order number.
2. We send you return instructions and the address.
3. Send the item back with all accessories and packaging included.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Faulty or damaged items

The 14-day window does not apply to faulty or damaged goods. Contact us and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
